District Lofts

Location
Phoenix, Arizona

DISTRICT LOFTS, a distinctly local residential rental community that is current, relevant and integral to the community fabric and make-up that is Gilbert’s Heritage District’s live, learn, work, and play neighborhood.  The planned 170+/- Units residential rental community is located in the Town of Gilbert’s urban core within suburban metropolitan Phoenix southeast valley.  The site is currently zoned and entitled for Multi-Family Medium density (MF/M).  It is adjacent to the Union Pacific Railroad and West Cullumber Avenue with strong visual exposure to the project from Gilbert Road, West Page Avenue, North Ash Street, and West Vaughn Avenue.  DISTRICT LOFTS is immediately across the train tracks from the new 60,000 square foot Heritage Marketplace mixed-use project, St. Xavier University’s Gilbert Campus with an initial 87,000 square feet of office, lecture, lab and classroom facility, and a prominent collection of local, unique, and entrepreneurial restaurants and cultural/entertainment venues.

DISTRICT LOFTS is uniquely placed in a pedestrian orientated core within the desirable Gilbert submarket.   Over 7,000 people are employed in the Gilbert downtown area with the project’s renter pool area expanding beyond 10 miles, due to the unique architecture, a distinct “live, work, play, and learn” community personality, and the strong demand and attraction to the soulful Heritage District.

The site is under contract with a non-refundable date of August 18th 2014 and a closing date of August 2nd 2014.
