Cornerstone Medical was inspired by the concept of “Connectivity”.  The project aimed to re-establish the intersection of W. McDowell Rd. and Palm Valley Boulevard as the thriving western anchor of the Palm Valley Cornerstone Mixed-Use.  Cornerstone is Located a mile from the Interstate 10 which provides Practitioners the ability to better service the greater West Valley population. Its proximity to the Abrazo West Valley Hospital was critical for many medical practice types that value the ability to interface with the hospital system to provide the best patient care.  Redevelopment of a vacant retail within a Lifestyle Center provides medical users with a significantly improved patient experience with large patient drop off areas, expansive parking fields, and dramatically improved Tenant Signage/Marketing exposure. Cornerstone Medical design created signature exterior Tenant entries, so patients have direct access to Physician suites and eliminates building LOAD.  Cornerstone’s financial advantage over competing projects that have a LOAD factor was a major factor of its success.
